I would like to schedule an assessment and cleaning estimate for a unit in a fourplex that I own. The tenants that vacated the unit were heavy smokers. The property manager had the unit professionally cleaned, new carpet installed, and new paint on the walls, ceilings, and trim. However, the cigarette smell is still noticeable. The painter did not wash the walls or ceilings before painting and did not apply any primer. We used a chlorine dioxide fogger which reduced the smell. Thanks.

There was a fire in a trash can (which was wicker) in a bedroom. The floor and wall were damaged. The fire was put out without water. The room was smoke filled and still has a heavy odor. This occurred yesterday.

I had a kitchen fire in Oct and had window/wall in flames. Smoke film remains across kitchen ceiling . Window needs to be replaced as well as some crown molding from water damage. Air ducts also need to be cleaned.
